Fred is one of our newest and most valuable members of the Avecina team. Prior to joining Avecina Medical, he served in several executive roles at JPMorgan Chase. While with JPMorgan, he was able to increase productivity through unique philosophy of employee growth and satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in managing an employee workforce, he offers a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge. Fred initially came onboard Avecina as an independent contractor in 2020 to help lead key roles during the COVID-19 pandemic. Avecina was fortunate enough to recruit him full time as Director of Operations for the entire practice in May of 2021. He is very passionate about developing team members, building culture, and processes to effectively support growth. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with family and friends.
Zahra started working at Avecina Medical in 2013 as a front desk receptionist. She quickly proved to be one of the brightest Avecina team members and climbed the ranks and was promoted to the front desk lead and supervisor in 2015. With the expansion of the practice, she was filled the role of practice administrator in 2017. Combined with her prior positions, Zahra has more than a decade of management experience and is deeply involved with the day to day operations at Avecina. Zahra is married to Avecina’s founder Dr Soleymani and together they have two boys. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and trying out new recipes.
Amanda has been an integral part of Avecina’s success. She joined the Avecina team nearly a decade ago as the billing manager and has excelled in every measurable category. Amanda has an A.A. in Practice Administration from the University of Phoenix. Amanda loves to travel because her father was in the United States Navy and had the experience of travelling to many countries. Her fondest memories come from the four years she lived in Japan with her parents. She is a proud mother of two daughters enlisted in the military and her 11-year old son who desires to be in the Space Force. Amanda loves spending time with her family including her new Boxer puppy named Kyojin.
Brittany started her journey with Avecina in 2018 as the front desk receptionist at our Oakleaf office. She quickly proved to be a valuable and dedicated team member. She had extensive experience working at another competing urgent care center for several years and quickly rose through the ranks at Avecina. In 2020, Brittany was promoted to front receptionist lead at our Oakleaf office and eventually was promoted to front office lead trainer for the entire Avecina practice. Brittany is deeply involved in the training, improvement and development of our front office team to deliver excellent results. She has been a part of the Oakleaf community since 2015 as the PFA president for one of the local elementary schools, coordinating events, and volunteering. Brittany is a proud mother of two amazing children. When away from work, she enjoys camping, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
